Devastated by her husband's affair, Nagisa tries to end her life, when the prince-like Naoto appears to save her. She is attracted to him as she talks through her problems. Her husband was enraged to find out about Naoto, yelling "A wife is her husband's slave". Naoto kisses her in front of him and takes her away, to which she follows.
